Aquarius Full Moon :: August 11, 2022 :: 9:36 pm EDT :: 19 degrees Aquarius
My metaphor for this Full Moon is …
Digging up the garden to plant a late summer crop.
The first attempt had its value. Those plants had their day in the sun. It might seem late but it’s possible to start over. Say goodbye to what was birthed, what died, what was eaten and the opportunities that were lost. Now it’s time to let go of any ego, cut the stalks down to the roots and start a new crop.
Use your best thinking, whether that’s supported by new technologies, input from others or an out of the box approach to problem solving. Take the emotion out of this thing that you need to replant. There are big opportunities for discovery and enlightenment.

The new crop you are planting will surprise you. Don’t try to contain it in straight rows. Allow for interesting cross pollination. You can’t rush the way it grows. Anything you try to force will backfire immediately.
The Full Moon is Bending the Nodes
We’ve been here before. Maybe you planted this same crop last year, or you just dreamt it many times. If the idea of going back over your steps and reliving past mistakes or missed opportunities fills you with disgust, you need to take a giant step back. You deserve better from your own inner dialogue! You deserve grace and forgiveness. Nothing is a straight line. Attempts must be made and then made again. Learning is slow. The garden grows imperceptibly. Setbacks are unavoidable. The plants try to climb higher and nature shows up with rabbits and pests and heat waves.
And simultaneously this Full Moon offers a chance to weave your little tomato tendrils along the trellis that is your path and purpose. It’s a bit of a challenge, but the potential is there. Slowly but surely you are meeting up with your future. Just make sure that you have compassion for your past.
The Full Moon is Conjunct Saturn in Aquarius
Late in summer you must plant very carefully. It’s not as easy to roll with the punches as it is in the spring. There are less long sunny days ahead and the first frost is quickly approaching.
The tasks that you set for yourself right now are a bit heavy. You may even feel a bit serious in your outlook and approach. Self-criticism is the downside of a Saturn conjunction. Maybe try to let it go, or lean into a Saturn potential—careful planning and high integrity. Instead of viewing your limitations as a burden, let them help you get serious about the task at hand. You might come up with a better method of operation.
